Not only did the hotel exceed my expectations by returning my forgotten headphones promptly and with care, but the provision of free toiletries in the luxurious bathroom added an extra touch of indulgence. The cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the fashion mecca of Milan. The terrace overlooking the picturesque Italian landscape was a serene retreat, ideal for savoring a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the top-notch facilities provided in the room.
